Previous roles include working for - Santander and Abbey National in IT Architecture (primarily payments and cards technologies), systems strategy, internal consultancy and quality management functions - BSi QA (the quality assurance arm of the British Standards Institution) where I delivered IT and audit support for their technology unit Software Product Services.

Achieved whilst working full-time concentrating on analysis of emerging technologies, internet law, marketing and business trends. Awarded distinction both overall and for dissertation on impact of web services and BPM technologies on organisational structures.
