I am currently working as a Hub Administrator for the ESRC-funded Research Capability Hub at The Open University, where I support the delivery of a national initiative aimed at transforming research methods training across the UK. In this role, I work closely with the Senior Hub Manager and Hub Manager, senior leadership, and academic teams to coordinate organisational, administrative, and financial activities, as well as support post-award processes. My work contributes to enhancing accessibility, inclusion, and community engagement among social science researchers.
I hold an MBA with a specialisation in Marketing, which has equipped me with strong strategic thinking, organisational, and communication skills. I draw on this background to support the Hub’s long term sustainability and impact objectives, contribute to strategic planning, and help ensure that our programmes are effectively positioned and communicated to diverse audiences.
